Great colors for us It is hard to judge colors online, but this choice of rug really worked out for us. A few comments on colors. I see the background of the center of the rug as a brown shade. Others see it as greenish brown. (Does it depend on your eyes?) It works well for us next to a true chocolate brown sofa set. The chocolate brown is richer and darker than the rug, but very complementary in shade. The rug is like a lighter shade of chocolate brown, to my eyes. The yellow and orange in the rug read as gold or gold-yellow to me. The pale blue reads as a light turquoise and works great with turquoise chair and pillows. We have yellow wall paint ("Edward" yellow) and the rug brings the whole room's colors together. Even my husband can't believe how well it pulls the room together. Overall, the rug is "soft" on the eyes, "earthy" looking without being dull, attractive without being overly demanding of attention--if you know what I mean. I don't think the color tones in the O-stock photos are very accurate, honestly. But I am 100% glad to have chose this rug, after looking hard for one that could compliment our colors. Quality is as expected, very good, and Great Offer Stock rocks as usual.
